Setting up an Organizational Model & Enabling Tools for a Decentralized and Self-Managed Start-Up

Technological changes are favoring the arousal of new forms of non-hierarchical organizations like Holacracies or Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs). In this document we analyze these new models and propose how could a data cooperative like TheGoodData embrace them in order to facilitate the participation of potential collaborators that may want to improve TheGoodData service, but that lack of an open and objective framework that organize, recognize and reward their contribution.
